At Hutchinson Conservation District, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

 

Here’s our refund policy:

 

Digital products or downloads

All sales are final and non-refundable.

 

Physical products (merchandise)

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

 

Donation perks

If you donate and receive a perk (like a t-shirt), donations are generally non-refundable, but damaged or missing items will be replaced.
